  Same issue. Tested it with/without controller connected and on new offline game.

  I'm still having this issue. I have to press the directional multiple times to get myself to move, and that still doesn't work. Multiple times, I have to roll to get moving.

  Same for me, works immediately though if i press shift at the same time. Makes flying and moving around in general a pain in the butt though :/
