Winch charging sound constantly playing

Charging sound plays on loop after a friend finishes using it. Firing the winch fixes this issue.

This is a bug related to item desync. If you die while using a tool, or something happens wher the sound of the item uses "Sticks on", switch to the item the sound goes to, test use it, then switch off it and the sound stops.

This particular bug is rooted, partly, in desync and frame dips.
