This bugs is precisely as the titles states. However, it has a tie in to damage and repairs. If a tile UNDER storggae is damaged/broken it can bug a storage module on THAT tile from being repaired. The only 2 ways to repair the storage is destroy and rebuild, or autorepair of drydock
