While attempting to spilt items, I created a item picture on the inventory and pause menu of the item I was trying to spilt.

I also generate these persistent artifacts when using various workstations. The artifact persists across any menu or workstation screen.

Same issue. Seemed to only show when in a menu. Also confirm it happened after I tried to split a stack (20 Iron plates) more than once.

This happen to me too. I'd like to add to this report that this happens when you drag an item by holding both the left and right mouse buttons at the same time.

Bug can also be reproduced by holding right click to drag an item, moving the cursor onto another item, and then pressing down middle mouse button
