  I have had the ship guns doing no damage to enemies as well.

  This one is tricky, you can still hit them with you ship weaponry, this why i had gunbs installed under my ship for ground control when it happens.

  I was playing today with my boyfriend and ran into the same issue. The enemies instantly respawned and then wouldn’t take any damage and were unable to be killed. It stopped after we exited and reloaded.

  My games are offline, one user.
  
  If enemies spawn on top of me, they are killable IF I make the first strike, if they make the first strike and I don't die, they are immune.
  At large landmass POIs, enemies which exist/render as I approach the POI are killable, any enemy who spawns after the fact are immune, even after logging off, logging back in.

  I confirm that even with T2-T3 weapons, it is impossible to break their HP bar when this happens, and it happens especially with hoplites.
