Game crashes with no error messages when attempting to create new world.

After launching the game, it loads to the main menu fine, but when I click "New Game", fill in the world info, and click "Start World" the game closes back to Steam without any error message popping up. I am on Ubuntu 25.10, and have attempted launching with and without Proton, tried different settings in the new world page, but no change.

Same thing happens to me. I'm on Linux Nobara, and therefore I use Proton. I can still join a friend or an existing world, but I can't create my own world. As soon as I hit 'create' the game crashes without any error log.
