Enemies still spawning on top of me (Patch 16.15)

It happened in one of those buildings with the sawmill inside, the larger structures with a windmill. It was somewhat centralized to the island it was on, not near an edge.
First time it happened I'd killed the first two things, and was walking to a third when two more spawned inside me.
Second time it happened, I was tabbed out typing in the discord (Two monitors) and saw the enemy spawn on me while I wasn't moving.

Enemies always spawn behind us in large numbers (3 to 4 mobs) and one-shot us.

I would like to add that in my case it spawns 2 Ravagers and 1 Dog, not limited to big buildings but even in plain grassland, during combat, always on my position.
