Repair kit doesn't repair broken storage

Crafting Not Pulling From Storage
Despite the recent patch, crafting benches are not consistently pulling from storage. Often requires a client restart to fix.
Rivets are not available to craft
After unlocking rivets in inventor recipes do not appear in crafting bench or fabricator
Gear mender doesn't use fuel
As demonstrated in the attached image, the gear mender does not use fuel. It'll go into the slot, but it won't run.
Storage Inventory Not Linking
